    Whoever said "beauty is in the details" could be describing one of our homes, but not necessarily all part s.  Some of our details are not seen, but are experienced in other ways.

Blocking for future grab bars and towel bars
Pipe chase from attic to crawlspace (capped) for any future wiring needs, such as solar panels or audio-video
Soundproofing of selected interior walls for privacy and audio comfort
Caulking grouped studs in exterior wall cavities to reduce air infiltration
Insulation in exterior spaces...such as garage walls and patio ceiling (keeps area below cooler for better summer enjoyment and/or easier to condition if desired later)
Prepriming & backpriming cedar shingles, siding and trim (allows expansion and contraction at same rate reducing warpage, seals wood from both sides and extends life of product and finish coatings)
